Meet Some of our Staff:


 

Monique  (monique@sigpm.com) x107

Monique is our office manager and is responsible for overseeing the general operations of the office including accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintenance, and new accounts.  She is a licensed real estate agent who also leases many of the properties and assists in the purchase & sales of properties.

Stephanie is one of our property supervisors who brings with her over a decade of previous experience related to all aspects of property management. She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance as well as move-in and move-out inspections. She works with several different owners to manage and maintain their properties. In addition, she shows many of our vacancies to prospective tenants, prepares leases, security deposit dispositions, and works with dozens of vendors.  She is responsible for coordinating most of the service calls between the tenants, managers, and vendors as well as following up to make sure the work has been done properly.  She also reviews bills for accuracy and approval.

Belita is another one of our property supervisors who has been involved in property management for many years. She works with several owners in the day-to-day activities of her properties. Bel brings with her many years of management experience.  She is responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance as well as move-in and move-out inspections. She works with several different owners to manage and maintain their properties. In addition, she shows many of our vacancies to prospective tenants, prepares leases, security deposit dispositions, and works with dozens of vendors. She is responsible for coordinating most of the service calls between the tenants, managers, and vendors as well as following up to make sure the work has been done properly. Susan is in charge of account receivables. She scans each check monthly, makes an electronic deposit from our office, & enters the payments in each tenant's ledger as well as preparing the bank deposits.  Each payment is logged into our accounting software and reviewed before payments are processed.

Nicole works in the accounting department.  She is largely responsible for making sure all of the accounts payables are done both timely and accurately as well as filings with the Franchise Tax Board.

Renata follows up on late payments and processes any "3 Day Notices to Pay Rent or Quit" which may need to go out.  In addition, Renata tracks special assessments, and prepares the monthly rent increases.   

She also works on the monthly reconciliation of each bank trust account.  Renata then emails to the owners a Cash Flow Report & General Ledger Statement monthly.

Nita does much of the follow up work in the office between tenants, owners, and other special projects, as well as assessing market rents each month.  Besides this, Nita coordinates changes in utilities and most importantly the coordination of items that must be performed when a tenant moves in or out.

Ana keeps property insurances updated and coordinates renewals with the insurance companies for the owners.  She also helps with filing and answering the phone.  Ana processes the numerous applications we receive each week, which includes, verifying employment, landlord references, running credit checks, eviction searches and criminal background checks.  As part of the staff, she also assists in coordinating repairs for a large database of properties as needed.  Ana places all advertising for the vacancies on the various websites we use & in the newspapers.

Daniel works in the general operations of the properties.  Daniel visits the properties to conduct interior inspections as well as checking on the exterior of properties.  Daniel coordinates between tenants, managers, and vendors.

Maribel (maribelkhoury@hotmail.com)

Maribel is a licensed real estate agent in the office.  She enjoys working with properties that need to be upgraded to enhance the value to the owner.
